Bond is back with a vengeance: Skyfall opens on $77.7m

IMAX plans five European venues

IMAXOne location will be in Milton Keynes, UK. IMAX is to open five theares in Europe with the help of three exhibition partners. Odeon and UCI Cinemas Group will build one location north of London in Milton Keynes and Pathé Theatres will open three IMAX theatres in the Netherlands, including two in The Hague and Tilburg and one in an undetermined location. Horror film to be remastered for simultaneous bow Moviegoers can get scared IMAX-style as the large-format exhibitor is digitally remastering Paramount's "Paranormal Activity 4" with plans to release the film starting Thursday, Oct. 18, at 9 p.m. -- concurrent with the film's nationwide bow.
