Titanic in 3D to Set Sail for a Limited Engagement in Select IMAX® Theatres on April 4

Paramount Pictures and 20th Century Fox announced today that James Cameron's Oscar®-winningfilm, Titanic will be digitally re-mastered into the immersive IMAX® 3D format and released for a limited engagement in 149 select IMAX® theatres worldwide. Titanic will open in 79 domestic IMAX theatres simultaneous with the film's wide release on April 4, 2012 and a total of 70 international IMAX theatres, 63 of which will open on April 4. Additional international playdates will be added as pending bookings are confirmed. Prometheus to be Released in IMAX® 3D on June 8

IMAX Corporation and Twentieth Century Fox today announced that Prometheus, the summer's scariest action event picture and director Ridley Scott's return to the genre he helped define, will be digitally re-mastered into the immersive IMAX® 3D format and released in IMAX® digital and film theatres domestically and in a select number of IMAX theatres internationally, starting June 8, 2012. Sir Ridley directs and produces the film, which is written by Jon Spaihts and Damon Lindelof. Prometheus: An IMAX 3D Experience features a stellar international cast that includes Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Guy Pearce, Idris Elba, Logan Marshall-Green and Charlize Theron. Tim Burton's Frankenweenie to be Released in IMAX® 3D on October 5

IMAX Corporation (NYSE: IMAX; TSX:IMX) and The Walt Disney Studios today announced that Tim Burton's stop-motion, animated film, Frankenweenie will be digitally re-mastered into the immersive IMAX® 3D format and released in IMAX® digital theatres worldwide day-and-date on Oct. 5, 2012.  The film marks the first black and white Hollywood feature and first stop-motion animated movie to be presented in IMAX. From Disney and directed by Tim Burton, Frankenweenie: An IMAX 3D Experience features the voices of Catherine O'Hara,Martin Short and Winona Ryder.
