COUNTRY MUSIC: THE SPIRIT OF AMERICA

GALAPAGOS, in IMAX 3D, will help students discover the mysteries of a "Lost World." Viewers seem to travel back in time as they encounter giant land tortoises, marine iguanas, red and blue-footed boobies and other unusual species. The scientists explore deep below the surface where the undersea life of the Galapagos is as unique as the life on land. Viewers swim among the island reefs, encounter hammerhead and whale sharks, sea lions, and many fascinating kinds of fish and sea life.

INTO THE DEEP 3D

INTO THE DEEP, in IMAX 3D, takes viewers deep sea diving, with only 3D glasses for a diver's mask. Visit the kelp forest growing in the shallow waters of southern California's Channel Islands. Viewers will feel like they are ocean dwellers as they frolic with playful sea lions and come face-to-face with the colorful garibaldi fish, exotic sea urchins, sharks, opalescent squid, and giant schools of Spanish mackerel who live in the interwoven community of life beneath the sea.

LEWIS & CLARK: GREAT JOURNEY WEST
It was the dawn of a nation - a time before the American West became known as the frontier, and little was known about what lay within. Two captains, courageous in spirit and unyielding in their dedication to their mission, led 31 people, including one woman and her infant son, to the Pacific Ocean and back. Audiences will experience the danger and beauty of the unknown West as it unfolded before the eyes of Lewis and Clark.

An epic drama unfolds in this award-winning giant-screen film from National Geographic and Tim Liversedge Productions, newly transformed into 3D for IMAX. This is the powerful story of a lion king who must wage the battle of his life against a young nomadic lion determined to oust him from his throne. At stake is a valuable waterhole deep in Botswana’s Kalahari Desert, a precious pool of water in a stark and thirsty land. Here the lion king reigns with two lionesses and his litter of cubs, all of whose fate lies in the outcome of this titanic struggle between two Kalahari giants.

MAGNIFICENT DESOLATION: WALKING ON THE MOON 3D
The IMAX space legacy continues with Magnificent Desolation 3D: Walking on the Moon. This film will take you to the surface of the Moon to walk alongside the extraordinary Apollo astronauts who have stepped upon its surface. With never before seen photographs, CGI renditions of the lunar landscape and previously unreleased NASA footage, audiences will be immersed in the life-changing experiences of these astronauts by showcasing what they saw, heard, felt, thought and did while on the lunar surface. The film's content is based on "The Lunar Surface Journals," a massive archival database compiled over the last decade by Dr. Eric Jones, which chronicles the moon walks as recounted by the astronauts. Produced by Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman of Playtone and by the IMAX Corporation.
