Birthday Packages include:

• DIGITAL PHOTO EXPERIENCE - Imagine a photo of your child on the Giant IMAX Screen!
• IMAX Birthday Party Invitations
• Admission to an IMAX film for each child
• Kiddie Combo Pack for each child (small soda, small popcorn, small candy)
• Party Room for 1½ hours either before or after the film
• VIP Entrance into the Theatre
• Birthday Star receives a movie poster
• Balloon for Birthday Child
• Personal Birthday Host or Hostess

Parents provide: Parents provide: Tablecloth, Plates, Utensils, Napkins, Cups, Birthday Cake, Candles and Matches. Any additional food or refreshments you wish. Decorations (no confetti or Silly String)

Birthday Checklist

• Please call one business day in advance (Monday-Friday) before your party to confirm attendance
• Please make sure that that each driver knows how to get to the Esquire IMAX Theater
• Downtown Sacramento can be confusing and busy so please allow extra time to find parking and the theatre
• We validate 50% off the first 90 minuets in the Esquire Parking Garage on 13th Street between J and K and at the Sheraton Parking Garage on 13th Street between J and K
• We ask that you arrive 20 minutes early before the start of your film . This time is needed to serve the children their popcorn, soda and candy and also take the photo of your birthday child
• Payment is due upon arrival. Payment must be in one lump sum
• Films will begin promptly at the time stated on your confirmation. Being on time is important. If you are going to be late the day of your party please call (916) 446-2333x200 and let us know
• All cancellations are to be done at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame is subject to $50.00 cancellation penalty
