Field Trip Checklist

• Please call one business day in advance ( Monday-Friday) before the film to confirm your numbers and concessions. Concessions will be ready when you arrive. The Student Concession Packs must be ordered in ADVANCE (one business day).
• Please make sure that each driver knows how to get to the Esquire IMAX Theater. Downtown Sacramento can be confusing and busy so please allow extra time to find parking and the theater.
• We validate 50% off the first 90 minutes in the Esquire Parking Garage on 13th Street between J and K and at the Sheraton Parking Garage on 13th Street between J and K
• We ask that you arrive at least 15 to 20 minuets prior to your field trip. IMAX films are only 45-55 minutes in length and with our tight schedule the film must start on time
• Please have your final count ready upon arrival
• Payment is due upon arrival. Payment must be in one lump sum unless other arrangements have been made in advance with the Group Sales Office
• Films will begin promptly at the time stated on your confirmation. Being on time is important. If you are going to be late the day of your field trip please call (916) 446-2333x200 and let us know
