Our fundraising program works like this…..
Organization chooses a film from our Exclusive Film Library; tickets are printed with school name and event information. Your group sells the tickets for anything over $7.
EVENT PARTICIPANT RECEIVES:
• Admission to the event
• Exclusive use of theatre*
• 10 minutes before or after to address guests / microphone and podium included
• On screen slide the night of your event – provided by organization in advance
• Film posters for marketing (subject to availability) email@example.com
SPECIAL OFFER FOR SCHOOLS AND NON-PROFITS:
• Sell 100 tickets or more, the show is private
• Sell 300 tickets and your cost drops to $5 per ticket instead of $7
• Option to purchase concessions “Value Combo” at $5 each
DAY OF EVENT
• Organization returns all unused tickets and final payment
*If organization sells less than 100 tickets, the show becomes a public show. $50 security deposit is exchanged for printed tickets and will be used towards your final payment.
Special Engagement films are subject to approval in advance and cannot be booked the first 3 weeks of release. The organization sells a pre-set number of tickets for anything over $13 (your profit margin is over $13). Please note, this may not be an exclusive event and will be open to public. Other restrictions may apply.
