An IMAX® Intern’s Take on the 86th Oscars® Ceremony

By IMAX на дату Март 4, 2014

We are still on our Oscars® high! Some of our partners left the Oscars as BIG winners and we would certainly like to congratulate all nominees and winners for their success.

Although we thought we were excited, it’s our intern Brittany who displayed the most enthusiasm - even hosting an Oscar® party with friends featuring SNUNS “snack puns”. Take a look at Brittany's best highlights from this year's Academy Awards® ceremony.

Brittany’s Top 10 Oscar® Moments

1. Jennifer Lawrence falling **again** but this time on the red carpet.

2. Follow up to #1: We also enjoyed when the host, Ellen DeGeneres, addressed JLaw's latest stumble in her opening monologue (skip to 5:31).

3. Ellen's first selfie of the night that captured her reaction to the audience. #Blessed

4. Pharrell's now infamous hat on the smiley face emoji that was on the backdrop during his performance of the Oscar nominated song, "Happy."

5. Follow up to #4: It was hilarious to see front row attendees Lupita Nyong'o, Meryl Streep and Amy Adams dance with Pharrell when he went out into the audience.

6. EVERYTHING about the pizza bit.

7. But just to clarify, Meryl Streep took 2 pieces of pizza and Brad Pitt handed out paper plates.

8. Ellen's second selfie that broke the internet.

9. The much deserved "Gravity" sweep.

10. John Travolta called Idina Menzel, "Adele Dazim." It was...really weird, but funny. Check out Slate's offer to get "Travoltified". You have to try it!
