IMAX Theatre Arizona Mills is committed to supporting the
Arizona community and is pleased to know that we can help
non-profit organizations with their fundraising activities
and programs. Please be aware that we receive hundreds of
charitable donation requests each year. We are pleased to
help charitable organizations and wish it were possible
to fulfill each request we receive since they are all very
worthwhile causes, but unfortunately that is beyond our
ability. Please know that all requests are given serious
consideration.
Organizations seeking a donation from The IMAX Theatre
Arizona Mills should adhere to the following criteria and
procedures to assure fairness and maximize the benefits
for everyone:
- Organization should be located in the state of Arizona.
Exceptions are made on a limited basis.
- All requests must be typed on organization/school/association/company
letterhead. Please include: time, date and location of
event; a brief description of the event and/or include
an invitation or promotional flyer; how the item will
be used; what organization will benefit from the proceeds;
and contact person with address and phone number.
- Please mail or fax your request to us (contact information
is below). We can not accept requests by phone, e-mail
or in person.
- Due to the volume of requests, we can only provide
one donation per organization for each calendar year.
Exceptions are made on a limited basis.
Please remember that requests are filled with available
ticket inventory only – we do not make monetary donations.
Requests should be submitted at least four (4) to six (6)
weeks prior to the event.
