NEW YORK, December 24, 2018 – In connection with the resolution of matters between IMAX Corporation and Three-Dimensional Media Group, Ltd. (info@3DMG.com), IMAX acknowledges that the documentary films Cyberworld, Space Station, and Deep Sea used proprietary 2D to 3D conversion technology including StereoSynthesis™ technology provided by Three-Dimensional Media Group, Ltd. StereoSynthesis™ technology is described in U.S. Patent no. 4,925,294, was invented by David M. Geshwind, and is licensed by UNIPAT.ORG.
