IMAX Corporation, its subsidiaries and assigns ("IMAX")

For good and valuable consideration, the opportunity for my “tweet” review of IMAX (“Tweet”) to be used by IMAX in all media, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned, hereby irrevocably authorize and grant permission to IMAX to use my "Tweet” and corresponding Twitter handle/name in all media, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity (“Agreement”).

I acknowledge and agree that I shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation or benefit of any kind, and no claim based upon personal rights, including, but not limited to, privacy, defamation or publicity arising out of my Tweet and Twitter handle/name. This grant and assignment is irrevocable and not subject to rescission, restraining or injunction under any circumstances. IMAX is not obligated to use the Tweets or my Twitter handle/name.

This instrument contains the entire understanding of the parties, may not be changed or terminated except by an instrument signed by the IMAX and me and will be construed and governed in accordance with English law. I irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Agreement.

I confirm that I am an adult and am fully entitled to and have the legal capacity to give this release.
