Ontario Accessibility Policy (AODA)

IMAX Corp. is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that ensures equal access for all individuals, particularly those with disabilities. We are dedicated to treating people with disabilities in a manner that upholds their dignity and promotes their independence.

We firmly believe in integration and are committed to promptly addressing the needs of people with disabilities. We will actively work to create a barrier-free environment, meeting all accessibility requirements established under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

IMAX Corp. will strive to uphold this policy by adhering to the following standards:

**Communication:** Employees will communicate with individuals with disabilities in a manner that is sensitive to their individual needs. If unsure how best to communicate, employees are encouraged to politely ask the individual for their preferences and guidance.

**Assistive Devices:** IMAX welcomes individuals with disabilities to use their personal assistive devices in all publicly accessible areas of our premises.

**Service Animals:** IMAX welcomes individuals with disabilities accompanied by their service animals. Service animals are permitted in all publicly accessible areas of our premises.

**Support Persons:** Individuals with disabilities accompanied by a support person are welcome to have their support person present in all publicly accessible areas of our premises. The support person may be required to sign privacy, confidentiality, or other relevant agreements, where applicable.

**Notice of Temporary Disruption:** In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption of services to facilities for customers with disabilities (e.g., elevators or accessible washrooms), IMAX will provide prompt notification. This clearly posted notice will include information about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated duration, and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available. This notice will be placed at the site of the disruption, as well as at reception.

**Feedback Process:** Customers wishing to provide feedback on how IMAX delivers services to individuals with disabilities may do so verbally to any IMAX employee, or by sending an email to accessibility@imax.com. All feedback will be directed to _Workplace & Safety_ and the _Human Resources Manager_, and a response can be expected within 3 business days.

**Notice of Availability & Format of Documents:** Our Accessible Policy and Plan are available at our Sheridan Park reception area. Copies are available upon request and will be provided in a format that considers the individual's disability.
