========================================

On April 16, 2016, IMAX hosted the world premiere for _A Beautiful Planet_ at the AMC Loews Lincoln Square IMAX Theatre in New York City.

Guests were taken on a journey through space from the moment they arrived. From floor to ceiling, “star like” decorations sparkled to create the ultimate space-like experience. Director Toni Myers, the film’s astronauts, and celebrity guests were in attendance, including narrator Jennifer Lawrence who stole the show on the “Blue Carpet.”

The event also served as a launching point for IMAX’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in partnership with The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
