The Big Picture: Attend a Free IMAX Screening on World Environment Day
======================================================================

At IMAX, we believe that there are no limits to where filmmaking, storytelling, and immersive experiences can take us.

We create experiences that take you beyond the edge of your seat to a world you never imagined, and now, we are taking it a few steps further to increase awareness of today’s greatest societal challenges in order to incite change.

On June 5, 2016, we are celebrating World Environment Day with The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to raise awareness about the pandemic issue of illegal wildlife trade and we’d like you to join us in this fight. How can you get involved?

Go #WildforLife on social media and add your voice to raise the decibel of this critical issue. Visit [Wildfor.Life(opens in new window)](https://wildfor.life/) to find your kindred species. And see below for a list of films playing in your area for free, courtesy of IMAX!

We created our signature program [Big Picture](/news/friday-feature-imax%C2%AE-kicks-%E2%80%98big-picture%E2%80%99-initiative) as an extension of our core mission to educate, entertain, and inspire movie-goers like you and to raise awareness of environmental issues. Without you, we cannot win this fight. Join us.
