Director Denis Villeneuve filmed _Dune_ for IMAX with IMAX certified digital cameras. Among the highest quality cameras in the world, these sequences are captured with unparalleled clarity, color and truly optimized for IMAX theatres.

Subsequently, once onscreen, these sequences are brought to life unlike any other moviegoing experience in the world – visually expanding to fill the IMAX screen under the specific design of the director, drawing fans into the action like never before.

In select locations worldwide, _Dune_ will have an IMAX-exclusive 1.43 aspect ratio, with up to 40% more picture for the film and ultimately showing more of the stunning imagery as conceived by Director Denis Villeneuve.
