A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances Of Winning.** **These are the official rules ("Official Rules") that govern the relationship between the Sponsor (as defined in Section 1 below) and you in relation to the Promotion.** 1. **Eligibility:** The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry. Employees of IMAX Corporation (“Sponsor”), Warner Bros. Pictures Domestic, Warner Bros. Pictures International, and Legendary Entertainment, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter. **If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from your parent or guardian in order to enter.** By entering the Promotion, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter the Promotion (i.e. that you are of sufficient age and mental capacity and are entitled to be legally bound in contract). 2. **Entry Period:** The Entry Period begins at 10:00am GMT on Friday, 15 March 2024 and ends at 11:59pm GMT on Sunday, 17 March 2024. Sponsor’s clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. 3. **How to Enter:** 1. During the Entry Period, the entrant must visit the official IMAX UK Facebook page at [http://www.facebook.com/IMAXUK(opens in new window)](http://www.facebook.com/IMAXUK) where, in response to the official IMAX post announcing the Promotion, the entrant must type a commentdescribing why the entrant loved _Dune: Part Two_ in IMAX. 2. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. You must be following Sponsor on Facebook, both at the time of entry, and at the time of the drawing. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules (which may be amended or varied at any time by the Sponsor with or without notice) and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Promotion, which are final and binding. 4. **Entry Requirements:** Please make sure your entry does not: (a) violate anyone’s rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights or trademark rights; (b) prominently feature any trademarks or logos; (c) portray Sponsor or its services in a negative light; or (d) contain any content that is inappropriate or indecent, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entry that fails to meet these requirements, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. If the entry depicts any person other than yourself, you must obtain written permission from each person (or from his/her parent or legal guardian) to grant the rights described in the “Sponsor’s Rights to Entries” section below. 5. **Sponsor’s Rights to Entries:** You do not transfer ownership of your entry by entering the Promotion. However, by entering, you grant Sponsor, its agents, licensees, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use your entry as-is or as-edited (with or without using your name) in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from you. 6. **Drawing:** On or about 10:00am GMT on 18 March 2024, Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing of all entries received during the Entry Period. The prize draw will take place at the offices of the Sponsor. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. Within one (1) day of the drawing, Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner by “liking” the winner’s comment on Facebook and sending a direct message to the winner on Facebook. If the winner’s direct messages are closed, Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner by replying to the winner’s comment on Facebook requesting the winner to send a direct message to Sponsor. If the winner doesn’t respond and provide the required contact information within five (5) days and cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within ten (10) days of the prize draw, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in his/her/their place in a random drawing of all remaining entries, if time permits. 7. **Winner Requirements**: Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release. In addition, a potential winner from Canada must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents (as necessary) within the required time period, or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, and time permits, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her/their place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. No more than three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted. If a potential winner is a minor, all documents must be signed by his/her/their parent or legal guardian, and Sponsor has the option of awarding the prize to the winner’s parent or legal guardian in such parent or legal guardian’s name on the minor’s behalf. 8. **Prize:** One (1) winner will receive one (1) Framed IMAX 70mm “Dune: Part Two” Filmstrip (ARV £200.00). The winner is responsible for paying any applicable income taxes. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred prior to award and must be accepted as awarded. A winner may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. 9. **General Conditions:** In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion; or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Promotion, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. 10. **Release and Limitations of Liability:** By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Warner Bros. Pictures Domestic, Warner Bros. Pictures International, Legendary Entertainment , Facebook, , their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors that may impair your ability to participate in the Promotion; (c) errors in the administration of the Promotion arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control; (d) any claim or allegation that your Entry infringes any copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property right; and (e) claims relating to damage to property relating in any way to your participation in the Promotion or use of a prize. This limitation does not apply to claims for death or personal injury caused by negligence. 11. **Privacy and Publicity:** Any information you submit as part of the Promotion will be used for purposes of this Promotion and treated in accordance with Sponsor’s [Privacy Policy](/content/privacy-policy). Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes your consent to our use of your name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and jurisdiction of residence for promotional purposes in any media (and for disclosure in a list of winners) without further payment or consideration. 12. **Disputes:** You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in England and Wales.
