IMAX today commented that third quarter 2012 IMAX DMR gross box office through August 15, 2012, was approximately $123 million globally, primarily driven by _The Dark Knight Rises_, which has grossed approximately $84 million across 479 IMAX screens globally, and _The Amazing Spider-Man_.  We are pleased that both of these films will be released in China, and we look forward to their opening in IMAX.

The Company will report full third quarter box office results as part of its quarterly earnings call at the end of October.
