An exploration of the social, historical, comical, and scientific aspects of speed - a truly modern phenomenon. Combining unusual computer graphic effects with live action, the film is an entertaining look at man's fascination with speed from the caveman chasing his prey on foot to the astronaut soaring above the earth at 25,000 miles per hour. Albert Einstein, the "Father of Speed," is the spiritual navigator.
